SYMDECK LTD – WARRANTY

 

  1. What does this warranty cover?

All Symdeck products that we supply are warranted free from defects caused by hardware or labour. All non-Symdeck products that we supply are covered by the individual manufacturer warranty.

  1. How long is the warranty?

Standard warranty: 1 year labour, 1 year parts
Your warranty starts from the day you receive the original product.

  1. What is not covered?

The warranty does not cover any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful or accidental damage, overclocking, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by us, failure to follow our instructions or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval. Symdeck cannot be held responsible for any loss of data. Your data is your responsibility and you should take all necessary precautions to reinstate if a loss occurs.

  1. What Symdeck will do?

Any product found by us to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced subject to our terms and conditions.

We will endeavour to fix any issues remotely. If the issue cannot be fixed remotely we will attend in person or arrange collection of the product (UK mainland only).

For customers outside UK we will arrange collection or work with a mutually agreed ‘local’ engineer to replace parts on our behalf.
